It’s 4pm on a Tuesday.  And after a long, busy day, preparing a complicated meal is not practical. We’ve all heard it before: “What’s for dinner?” We are here to help you with inspiring and helpful kitchen tips that will make meal prep easy.  Chef Leslie Myers and Registered Dietitian Anjali Patel will cover food planning, meal prepping, pantry items to have on hand and demonstrate simple cooking techniques and recipes that you can use any day of the week.  

Increase Your Kitchen Confidence

Whether you are new to cooking or a home cook, this class is for everyone who needs a little inspiration! Registered Dietitian Anjali Patel will show you simple ways to add nutrition to the foods you already enjoy eating and Chef Leslie Myers will demonstrate how to make easy, delicious and healthy meals using tools you already have in your kitchen. After this class you will feel confident with making real food fast with tips to “level up” your favorite meals + easy recipes that you and your family will love!

Cooking + Nutrition 101

Tired of diets that don’t work? Confused about what to eat? Anjali Patel, Registered Dietitian will demystify fad diets and will share the tips to an evidence-based healthy eating dietary pattern. You will learn about the 3 macronutrients — Proteins, Fat and Carbohydrates and the important role that they all play in nourishing your body. Join us and learn from Chef Leslie as she demonstrates how you can incorporate delicious nutrient-dense foods on your plate every day!

Brain Health

Join Chef Leslie Myers and Registered Dietitian Anjali Patel as they inspire you with some tasty dishes that include foods that are rich in antioxidants, omega 3 fatty acids and antiinflammatory compounds.  In this demonstration you will see how cooking with simple whole ingredients can nourish our bodies and our brains for better memory, processing and learning (and you won’t have to spend hours in the kitchen!).  


Healthy Gut + Cooking for Better Digestion

Did you know that much of our immunity system is actually in your GI tract? So by cooking and eating the foods that nourish and nurture your gut, we can strengthen our immunity, lower inflammation and have more energy.  Join Chef Leslie Myers and Registered Dietitian Anjali Patel in the kitchen as they demonstrate easy recipes that include gut healthy foods including fermented foods and fiber-rich foods.

Meet Leslie

Chef Leslie Myers is self-proclaimed “qualitarian” of food and graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. She teaches cooking classes and corporate wellness; inspires people to adapt a “mindful not militant” approach to their diets.  She develops “real world” culinary programs which feature recipes, practical skills and tips on how to build one’s kitchen confidence and make flavorful, plant-forward recipes. 

Meet Anjali

Anjali is a Registered Dietitian and food and nutrition educator who inspires and empowers people with knowledge, tips and tools in healthy cooking and eating behaviors for their overall wellbeing.  She believes that food holds much more power than nourishment to the body — it’s identity, belonging and what connects us.


We are a culinary nutrition and education consulting company. We provide evidence-based nutrition education and culinary arts instruction in ways that are relevant and realistic for our audiences. Food is our passion. Our goal is to build confidence in the kitchen and inspire individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing with food.
